Duck Hunt is a shooter game where the aim is to shoot the targets moving on the screen in mid-flight. The game is played from a first person perspective and require NES Zapper light gun, the player aims and fires on the screen. Each round consists of a total of ten targets to shoot. Depending on the game mode the player choose before the start of play, one or two targets will appear on the screen at a given time and the player has three shots, or effort, to hit them before they disappear.
Players are required to successfully shoot the target minimum amount to advance to the next round; Failure will result in game over. The difficulty increases as players advance to higher rounds; the target will move faster and the minimum amount to shoot the target will increase. Players receive points after shooting targets and will also receive bonus points for shooting all ten targets in a single round of Duck Hunt to track players'. The highest scores for all games played in a single session; it is lost, however, after closing the game off.
Game Duck Hunt has three different game modes to choose from. In the "game A" and "B game", the target ducks fly in the forest area, and in the "Game C" is a clay pigeon targets were fired from the perspective of the player into the distance.
